Contributions
How ClockTap works out the employee share of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG on each payslip.
Contributions
ClockTap fills in the employee share of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG on each payslip. Type over any amount to change it.
The rates come from SSS Circular 2024-006, PhilHealth Circular 2020-0005 Rev. 1 and HDMF Circular 460.
If an employee is not a member of a fund, turn that fund off for them. Its row stays blank.
Which payslip takes it
- Paid once a month — the full amount on each payslip.
- Paid twice a month — half on each cut-off, or all on the second. Choose in Payroll settings.
- Paid weekly or daily — no contribution. The rows stay blank, with the reason beside them.
What it is based on
- SSS — what the employee earned that month. Overtime raises it. Unpaid absences lower it.
- PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG — the fixed monthly salary. Absences do not change it.
For a daily or hourly rate, ClockTap turns the rate into a monthly salary. For a part-timer, that figure is too high. Set a statutory monthly salary on the employee, and ClockTap uses it instead.
No pay, no contribution
If an employee earned nothing in the period, the rows stay blank. If a contribution is still due, type it in.
Turn it on
New locations start with contributions on. Older locations start with them off. Turn them on under Location Settings → Payroll.
